bond puts? if so which (2,5 10,30 year)

id like to grab some rising rates bond fund eventually (profits if rates rise on 30 year). the action has been odd so i have avoided it to this point

I've sold off most my longs yesterday and today in most everything but energy and PMs - I was playing it for the Iraqi election rally and I'm happy with my take. I haven't added any new shorts yet but certainly thinking in that direction - I'll probably wait until right around FOMC decision
