one is either gay of not gay One either drinks coke or one does not. Promotion (through advertising) has nothing to do with it. What destroyed the Roman empire? IMO it was the rampant homosexuality that reduced the birth rate to the point that they were easily over run. It is a drastic over simplification, but a persuasive argument that cannot be disproved. So are gays and Muslims to be the scapegoats of the new reich as I suspect?

You have a mind block that can never be refuted nor debated. If you believe in the Biblical interpretation there is no refuting it unless you are a really good student of the Bible in which case one chapter can be shown to refute the other.. It takes a Biblical scholar to do this. A literal translation is just like trying to prove to someone that the world was created with a BIG BANG or the evolution theory. If one believes the Biblical interpretation nothing that I could do or say would change that person's mine... e.g. your mind. So, as you said to me in a rather sarcastic way, it is not worth my time to try to prove to you that your thinking is seriously flawed. Believe what you will. I know differently and if you were seriously interested in exploring my way of knowing I would engage you but I don't believe that you are. And rampant homosexuality was not what destroyed the Roman Empire anymore than Aids was a homosexual disease. Just look where we are now.
