I did not know that is possible with nonconforming paper. They do have a "Credit Comeback Loan" program that is pretty interesting but none of it would make sense in the bubble markets even with the 1% teaser. Countrywide and other sub prime lenders can't be that stupid to think prices will continue to rise in CA and offset the growing balance from negative amortization even if that teaser low start rate loan was offered? Earnings conference call tomorrow should be interesting..
