How's this for BS. I love UIBI but hate the management. Good technology. They announce a reverse split and screw all investors yesterday 9 minutes before the market closes! I missed the release and was pissed. The reverse was effective yesterday. I assume pinks don't hit the OTCBB board or do they because it never showed there, just in the release. Today the reverse doesn't take place and I quickly dump all my shares in the morning. No one knows what happened. The price still hasn't changed. This company is just screwed up management wise. biz.yahoo.com
