Kenneth never used the term crisis. He just advised that he was enjoying his SS check and that we won't... Same thing...just never used the word. He wanted us to believe there was a crisis developing at that time. That was very clear.

He wrote this during the campaign, and as you know, he frequently lied in the hopes of getting Kerry elected.
