I think you make a very legitimate point. Are there any message boards on SI that are devoted to shorting at this point? Stock picks? techniques? Where? Best brokers? With all the experts, I would think there would be some message boards devoted to shorting. Instead, the posts on what used to be shorting boards seem to fall into these categories. 1) longs are stupid 2) all nasdaq and otc bb stocks are scams 3) personal vendettas 4) more personal vendettas We no longer have the boards used for front running and drumming up of volume for the gurus. So that's a good thing. If there are truly expert shorts here, perhaps they will make their picks on SI and truly educate those of us who are apt to fall prey to touts, ceo's and vulture financers, without the moralizing, high horsing, holier than thou, bullying tactics. end of rant.
