Dude, Argentina didn't declare bankruptcy, they just defaulted on their debt. If they declared bankruptcy, it would mean the debtholders would own the country!

Argentinians still "own" Argentina, the main implication of defaulting on their debt is that nobody will loan them any money, and if some organization does loan them money the interest rate will be something like 32% per year.
