This election is really not much......its to pick the people who will determine the nature of the Iraqi constitution.

If you believe your own words, you are a fool with no sense of historical importance. You realize the region of Arabia hasn't had a legitimate election for 50+ years, and its the only area on the planet that can say that?


So then, the recent elections in Qatar don't count nor the one in Palestine? And they are not the only ones in the past 50 years. There have been other elections in other Arab nations with varying degrees of legitimacy. There have also been stabs at democracy that ultimately failed. Don't make me start looking them up......I don't have the time.

Stop your anti-establishment whining, and get up on your chair and celebrate Iraqi democracy, ya buffoon!

Grow up! What I meant was the intent of the election is not all that significant. I recognize that the election itself is important. Stop playing to the right on this thread. It won't placate them.
