Elroy, That's not the point at all. The discussion was centered on why hostility to Israel exists in the Middle East. I gave my explanation (shall I cut and paste it again?) Allow me, at least the part you neglected to copy-n-paste: I thought the hostility was fostered because Israel is an "Jewish" state, with all the implications that that implies, and not a country that treats all religions & ethnicities the same. Yeah, that's it. No one is really calling for the destruction of Israel and the "reunification of historic Palestine." It's all about fighting for freedom and religious tolerance, the same concepts that countries like Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon are supposedly awash in. Tenchusatsu
