There may be some merit to your view on the possibility of editing, but if that is the only objection to photographic evidence, then those making the objection should be putting forth some effort on FOA requests to obtain originals.

In the absence of such an effort, the argument that the video evidence should be dismissed, straight across the board, strikes me ludicrous.
