you seem to mix up a P/L statement with a balance sheet.
When trying to complete USA, Inc. with the latter, have fun assigning a value to the assets.
That is if you believe the US has any assets of significant current and future value.

No...we are talking about the two dates at which point the SS budget pays more out than cashflow + assets allow. The US budget has been doing that for decades.
