"Markets going higher for the balance of the year..." You say that like you are certain. How can you be certain about something so impossible to predict with any kind of accuracy? THis is like counting cards at blackjack and saying that because you have seen a bunch of picture cards that you are certain that if you hit on a 13 that you are not going to bust. Any person who counts cards or has some other edge on the "house" knows very well that it is just a small edge that over time will give him/her some winnings. There is no certainty. Chip, you do have that edge, but to say flat out "Markets going higher for the balance of the year..." is comical. Sometimes you go bust when you hit on 13 even if every face card is out. YOu have to maintain that humility or the house will eat you alive. Not to mention that there are still plenty of face cards in the deck.
You have been hanging out on the VLNC thread too long and it has gotten to you methinks. <G>
Why not just say that the charts are pointing to a bullish year? There is a huge difference between those statements.
