I didn't see that but sounds like something got lost in the translation.

I don't think a PR about a trip to Russia is appropriate. To me, that sounds like pumping. Think about it. Suitcase in hand, somebody could pump the stock with a PR.

You're right about the cost though. IF they have something material to announced, the cost of a PR shouldn't stop them.

IF -- they finalize part of a deal, either financing or acquisition, I would imagine that they will PR it.

Bottom line - shareholders always want to know NOW and they assume no news means no progress.

There's plenty of hype in the OTC BB and pink world and, for me, less is more, if you know what I mean. I rarely buy a pink sheeter. I don't know but this one seems more than just a hype. I may be totally wrong and I certainly wouldn't put my official recommendation FWIW on any pink sheet stock, just because there are no filings and no knowing that you have all the info.

IF - they get the deal, then I would guess they follow up with filings and audit that brings them to OTC BB. At that point, it is easier to properly evaluate a company and its potential. However, there is a price to be paid for less risk. Instead of buying at .125, the price would likely be many times that.

This is all probably moot, but I can't help but try to expose what I feel to be unethical and immoral behavior, done in an attempt to sway naive investors.

Last week, somebody that supposedly knows ALOT about SPRL predicted that last friday the stock would be between .25 - .40

It didn't happen, and in fact, went down instead.

Today, they are patting each other on the back telling each other not to worry about being wrong cause you felt in your heart your prediction was valid. OK, a one day 100 -175% pop, they are saying was realistic and ok to post such a prediction?

Also, if you noticed the last couple of weeks, most everybody from the other board was complaining that the company would not put out a press release to keep investors informed. It seemed to be a big issue then. Today, one of these people claim they spoke to the company and the company said they would not put out a news release because it was too expenisve or not affordable or whatever.

Very lame. For one, it does not cost much, if anything ( at least not enough to calculate) to put out a news release. If the company is claiming they cannot afford the expense, well, that is not good for the company. Ot, the poster that stated this, was not being truthful. Either way, it smells bad. Nobody wants companies to put out fluff releases, but it is common to keep investors and the public aware of whats going on...can't keep people in the dark for extended periods. IMO, the company should have put out a release simply letting folks know when the trip was expected. However, they didn't, and one poster claims it is because they said it was not affordable to do so??!!

Lastly, the same people that were complaining of NOT getting a press release the last few weeks, are now praising the company for saving money by not doing so<g> and saying such things as he doesn't want the company to put out press releases because of bla, bla, bla...Talk about contradictory! And, lest not forget the actual pump, meant to lure naive lurkers into buying....one poster went so far as to put in writing "the guaranteed" huge rise of the stock price that shall be forthcoming..."GUARANTEED". And of course we are hearing things such as the company was not going to make the russia trip until financing was complete. People are now saying they are ready to go, so financing is done....So, you are a publicly traded company that just raised alot of money, have huge deals in the works, and no press release?? Not even a press release concerning the trip or they have raised XX amount of capital in this particular manner( dont investors want to know how their company is raising money?????) or any other matters??

As I said yesterday, do not listen to people on message boards...and that includes me...always do your own dd.

I am going to attempt to contact the company just for the heck of it and see what they have to say about supposedly saying putting out a press release was not affordable. See why there was no announcement of how much money they raised, or under what terms.... Something smells to me...has for awhile, but stench is getting stronger...
