It's precisely because he's a stumbling, bumbling, ignorant, thuggish imbecile that they follow him like lemmings. After all, they are the ones who want to destroy the Constitution (see Gonzales) and turn the US into SA McDonald's style. It would be interesting to see how Republicans justify making Bush King (above the law, see Gonzales), perhaps they're secretly British royalists lying in wait for 200 years! Giggle.
