Nah... I was discussing the concept of giving primacy to the promotion of democracy, rule of law, respect for human rights in US foreign policy --- I merely pointed out that Bush had recently seemed to adopt the Wilsonian principles that Carter proposed... and which were widely dismissed at the time.

"I would say that the concept of soft diplomacy...."
