What am I missing? No one has said headlines aren't changed. When the headline is changed from a negative to a positive on the SAME STORY, it gives the impression that the Times is trying to change the emphasis on what they had written. I don't know how you can miss that. What seems to happen is that some headline writer gives it a left wing slant, and then someone above him/her reads it and says, "whoops!" The right thinks it is on purpose, the left poo-poos it.
