Ish, I once had State Farm, and with the complete change in the board of directors, they started doing things that I could not allow. They forgot about service, and spent all of their time on sales. In several instances, they have been sued for letting body shops, and mechanics, repair vehicles with used parts, when they had promised new parts. when the BOD started going in that direction, many of their independent agents complained, and they were sacked like a pile of manure for caring about their policy holders. I can't, and won't, do business with an outfit like that.

BTW, Colleen's Son will receive his PHD in medical research early next year, and they may move on to another city. His wife is sick of what is happening within the walls of State Farm, and is such a whiz in math, that she can get a good job anywhere.

LB, Is and I are always giving each other as hard a time as we can. Don't worry. Ain't nothin to it.
