Every year there are more democracies than the year before.

There are still only a handful...okay.....two handfuls in a sea of dictators.

To suggest that people do not want to be free is very depreciating of others.

Of course, people want to be free but are they willing to fight for it? How come the Iraqis have not taken matters into their own hands? Why are they not out there fighting side by side with American troops? The facts of the situation are staring you in the face. Why do you deny them?

If you wish to suggest that our successes in Iraq are less than our losses, then you do so out an unwillingness to expose yourself to news. You appear instead to immerse yourself in Democrat liberal opinion, and confuse this with news.

ushistory.org;

I am very familiar with the Dec. of Independence but we are talking about Iraq, not the US.
