Bush at his best ain't sayin' much westi.

I discovered tonight that I don't make Bush's cutoff for Soc. Sec.

I'll probably do ok regardless, but I've got a sister and some friends that might find old age difficult with a 40% cut in benefits.

Without cut n pastin' anything westi, what should I say to those people about Bush's plan to cut their benefits?
