The fun part is it looks like both parties in Congress are fed up with Bush and his antics - and the public is not far behind I suspect.

I'm not. I'm in favor of a mandatory military only for the sons and daughters of those who authorize a war. For everyone else it should be optional.

Obviously that can not be done but that better reflects how I feel about this.

I do not think it would have stopped this invasion.
Find me a rule that would have, and I might be for it.
Elimination of Bush's pre-emptive warfare doctrine is certainly required.

Productivity is bound to rise when you outsource work to China and India at lower labor costs. Chinese workers are not counted when figuring the output per US worker.

Productivity is also bound to rise when you fire workers in mergers.

Productivity also rises when new equipment is ordered that produces more widgets in less time. Of course if you only need so many widgets, then the end result of that is fewer jobs as well.
