BINGO

>>So we have a case that allegedly has more attempts at manipulation than any of tony's little shit stocks, yet no RICO charge or manipulation charge. A case of more insider selling than martha stewart ever even thought about yet no insider selling charges and no disgorgement. A case that made national newspapers and is still in court on civil issues but not a single criminal charge. Guess the feds were too busy.

Amazing that you still believe Pluvia, IMO. Stock sales by the CEO, CTO, CFO, or whomever, were very consistent with prior years of officer sales (yes, I looked myself), and therefore almost certainly had nothing to do with any now discredited "cease & desist" letter instigated from Complaints surely SOLELY from short touters like Pluvia and Anthony and, um, Mike Hunt.

You've been sold a bill of goods by short touts who likely knew the pattern of quite legal sales by officers before they engendered that "cease & desist" letter, and a big part of the general evidence for TERN's honesty is that TERN in fact achieved virtually all the goals for its technology vis a vis Cablelabs, S-CDMA, & etc.

TERN simply was an essentially honest technology Co., by all honest evaluation, IMO, and while the market was falling anyway, TERN didn't need,,,

Pluvia writing that they didn't sell all important DOCSIS products at all, when in fact they did. He lied a bout that in his short report on SI, and still can't address the fact that he did so. Be smart, quit buying into Pluvia's poopy..
