Yes, exactly. I don't know how to read or interpret the numbers, and will try and figure it out, but the scuttlebutt is that fails are increasing, especially in the MBS market.

Treasury let $11 billion in repos mature, only replacing with $ 1 billion.

$34 billion in combined treasury and Fed repos matured, without replacement in the last three days, kind of feast and famine.

Data is two weeks old, but I don't see anything too unusual, maybe a bit higher failed in agencies?
