I will assume that is a HOAX message. There was a time I thought there was a LOT of illegal shorting and naked shorting and gorup naked shorting and all that crap. I think it happnes but no where near on the scale that desperate bagholders claim.

I baghold a lot less these days

If someone lost a Trillion someone made a trillion so net economic effect would be NIL. IMHO.
