I paid an investment adviser for securities recommendations. I traded those recommendations. Trades were not self-directed; they were Rea and TP - and in the end it turns out, Berber and Moor - directed.

Why don't Berber, Moor and Rea go ahead and make that argument anyway. When they do, I look forward to any explanation why I and more than 1,000 others would give Rea and TP $500/month in charity payments.

self directed.

By the way, arguments have been made in federal court on a number of issues, including liability. Very briefly, it boils down to this: if the facts as I have alleged in the 83-page complaint are true, then am I, the plaintiff, entitled to relief under the law? Not according to message board opinions and machinations, whomever may make them on whatever basis or for whatever reason, but the law.

Right now, that decision is before United States District Judge Sam Sparks. An order is pending. I have no idea when it will be issued. Arguments were fully briefed as of December 27th.

randy,

"kickback" in olispeak means cybertrader paid to advertise on the website. like oli's other arguments, totally self serving, obviously ridiculous and completely without merit. along with oli's "personality" defects, likely the reason he can't get an attorney to even look at his ridiculous case, even tho he comes from 10 generations of attorneys...

>>The fact that kickbacks were involved doesn't change your own foolishness for continuing a losing effort.
