I am fairly familar with the WHO, but I am no expert on it.

I think the point I was objecting to was "lead role" rather then "role". I suppose they might have a "lead role" among the most undeveloped countries, but not in production and distribution of vaccines in general. In any case if neither of us is concerned about this as part of a larger issue, or to make a more signifigant argument, its probably had too many words devoted to it already.
