Why all this screaming tonight? I'd think you'd be placid considering GOOG went against me today ;-). As for this below, you really have no clue - it's a unique combination of self-serving willfullness and a willingness to make statements without a single fact in support. Without my family, I would never have been able to do what I have in the past, and will do in this case in the future. It's very sad - and I hope for an extreme punishment because of it - that criminals like Berber, Moor and Rea can destroy 10,000 people, reap $525 million, and then turn around and use the proceeds of their crimes to attempt to defend against any accounting for them, wear down their opponents through delay and cost. Too bad there is one of their victims who they can't beat down, much as they wish they could. We're now in year three of litigation. I prepared long ago for many years, if inefficiency requires it.
