rrufff, I bot a lot of warrants last year under 3, rode them all the way up and all the way back down. You are right they dont trade often, and supply is tight. I think there were originally a million warrrants but somewhere along the way I was told that there are probably only about 650K outstanding now. I have never tried the hedging strategy, its simpler for me to remain long <g>. While I am frustrated at the lack of movement, I take some solace in that the underlying stock is building a nice long base here. If they get some of the contracts I think they might get, the low float will certainly be fun to watch. Biggest risk is that they decide not to extend the warrants again......
