The problem is that the nuclear program is way under way, the delivery capability is more or less getting there on the paralell track.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.........we've heard it all before back in 2003. There is no reason to believe you......you all have a tendency to get carried away and twist the truth to fit your purpose. Sorry, joe, you all have cried wolf one too many times.
