Your thoughts at the time were exactly as I've represented them. You laughed at anyone thinking S-CDMA would EVER make DOCSIS. You continue to misrepresent the truth here today.

In truth, S-CDMA had NOT been ruled out of getting into the next DOCSIS. Period.

That "cease and Desist" letter was a response created to address complaints from the short-sellers only, nothing more. Anyone believing in its significance only needs to witness, again, that S-CDMA IS in DOCSIS now, and Cablelabs effectively clarified the thing in TERN's favor.

I've already posted to you the fact that TERN had indeed disclosed the licensing rights issue long before you give them credit for doing so (and I provided the link, on the TERN thread, which proved it - not that you seem to remember as you write today. Geez.). It is difficult to believe how full of it you are.

But you are the one who wrote in an official "Pluvia Securities" report on this site, that TERN didn't sell any all important DOCSIS products at all, when in fact they were doing so at the time of your post.

Yes, you acted in lockstep with the bad guys. Just coincidence, perhaps? I think not.

The thread knew pretty much ALL you claim was hidden, BEFORE you ever arrived to bash TERN. Your certainty that TERN never would have risen in those market conditions, if we'd known what, well, we in fact DID know, is ludicrous blather on your part. As if nearly EVERY damn thing weren't sky high then.
