And even with that its still nearly 200% bigger than the next line item in the budget!

It is smaller the the biggest non defense item on the budget. Defense is number 2 not number one Social Security is number 1. And defense is a lot less then 200% bigger then #3 medicare. Its under 40% bigger.

Edit - Defense isn't even 200% more then Medicare, which I'm guessing is number 4.
