Ted, Dang! Your mind is like a black hole! It couldn't be that the GOPers came to the pork spending all on their own but no, Dems had to be at the bottom of it. If you reread my post, it clearly says that GOP discovered pork barrel spending on their own in 1999/2000 cycle. You seem to be having serious reading comprehension problems. I am doing homeworks with my 6 year old in this area, and while the sentence structure and vocabulary is a bit beyond her current skills, I hope that in a year or 2, she will meet and exceed your ability in this area.
