I only have a problem with temporary occupants of an elected political office claiming that --- on their word alone --- they can lock up ANYONE, from ANYWHERE in the world, even from here in the good old USA, for AS LONG AS THEY WANT TO, even lock them up SECRETLY and never tell anyone... and without any recourse to the courts. If that claimed 'Presidential right' stands then we are no longer a free people. (Would you feel comfortable if Clinton [either one] claimed that right? How about ALL future Presidents --- no matter who they are? You still feel comfortable with that? If so then I guess you are HAPPY as a serf.)
