Saw that... I'm long. LMIA short hasn't triggered yet.... still above intraday resistance. QQQQ up on the day so far. Wonder if this is setting up a post-lunch selloff? T

OSTK is flying... up over 11% on the day, volume pretty decent. Somehow I didn't notice before, but OSTK was coming off solid support from the 200; that makes the risk/reward profile more favorable: 139.142.147.218 Besides the upgrade, there was something else today on the newsfeed: Pacific Growth believes that Overstock's Auction platform could benefit substantially in coming weeks from eBay's (EBAY -1.67) to-be-implemented fee increases. Notes that several sizable members of eBay's community have indicated to firm their plans for expansion onto Overstock later this month. In firm's view, Auctions' long-term success remains uncertain, but near-term excitement could drive shares higher. Nice move.... :-))) T
