"Not anyone. Just enemy combatants." WHO gets to decide who is an 'enemy combtant'???????? The President solely. Does he assert that this 'right' covers anyone, anywhere (even 'little old ladies in Switzerland')? Yes he does. Is the President's lumping of someone into this classification subject to appeal or review by ANY other authority. Well... the Supreme Court will answer that question (so far the courts have said that NO, Presidents cannot be exempt from legal review) but, YES the President CLAIMS that his 'power' is beyond review.
