Right now, more money is going into SS than coming out. At some point that will change requiring budget allocations to cover the deficit. When the outflow returns to an inflow, we then will stop the budget allocations.

I was just looking at the cumulative surplus of SS, and it seems to add up to ~$1.7T, about the money bush would have to borrow to create these private accounts...so, why don't we start cashing in the bonds, re-distribute the money back to the rightful payers in the form of private accounts, and let them start the private investment process...oh, and cross our fingers that the world markets don't crash.
