I'm not sure how true this story is... I've never heard of anything like this, and I Googled "metzizah bi peh" and didn't get a single result other than about forty sites running this exact same story. If this really were a widespread practice among hundreds of thousands of people in the U.S., I think somebody would've said something before. Not even the anticircumcision groups have mentioned it in the past. I really dislike it when Jews and other groups hide behind calls of anti-Semitism, but when just about the only poster on SI that I'd really describe as "anti-Semitic" posts something like this, I'm not inclined to believe it. -Z
