My local ski area is going to offer refunds on season passes if patterns don't change. According to meteorologists, snow is on the way

I'd be really pissed if I spent hundreds of dollars on ski clothes for this winter. Luckily Kristel and I passed this season - we had to buy winter wardrobes. After living in Texas for so long, we didn't have any gloves, hats, boots, sweaters, etc. :)

No lack of precipitation down here in central TX. Last 3 years have been wet and we are starting off good this month also. And only a couple of 100 degree days in 2004.
IMO its just a shift in the jet streams,or change in weather at one latitude compensated by change in another latitude. Like someone gets a drier season.

If this has anything to do with global warming, just bring it on. Sorry about the skiing problems.
