TWT I'd love to see what the feature set is (compared to what is given to the investment threads) when political threads are segregated from the investment threads (and how they continue to be treated after they are segregated). And I'd love to see how folks who may be interested in political chat are directed to the site by SI. IMO, once you segregate the political threads, you will be inclined to treat them as the ugly step-sister that you & Bob now perceive them to be (or shall I say how I perceive you to perceive them). And if my perceptions are correct, you will be making a mistake.
