Drivers using cell phones while driving are as coordinated as a drunk.

This impairment doesn't matter as much in New Zealand where commute time in Aukland is less congested than streets in Los Angeles at 3 AM.

We are way OT here, so let's go further. How about this modest proposal: a reduced taxi charge rate for Chinese people, say, 50%. The state would pick up the tab.

Re: Getting them into taxes, buses, on foot or bicycle would be a big help.

Please, we already have enough complications in taxes. Adding incompetent drivers won't help.
