No, but there will be a multi-year offering for it. Existing P+ subscribers will be able to add-on.

In addition to what Dave said, the multi-year extensions will be available at a discount and I expect to start offering them in March. As currently laid out, we plan to let levels 10 and 11 get multi-year level 30 at a discount when more than 1 year is purchased, and a much bigger discount for those who already have that level (or new lifetime sub) when we make the multi-year available. And we're planning to let users purchase from 1 to 5 years, with the discount increasing with the number of years purchased.
