So who is this Richard Hughes guy anyway. I thought he was a geologist, but he sounds almost more like a financier type. Seems to have his fingers in a lot of pies.

Private placements seem like the best way to play these tiny juniors. Gives you an added 'margin of safety' versus buying on the open market. But peons like me have to buy on the open market.
