When I quoted Pope's first line, the second line was implicitly 'quoted' as well.

Glad to know you are an agile investor.
But it is sad that the "financial agility" and what it entails is the secret and arcane wisdom of a few who jealously
guard it from everyone else lest it should fail. Therein lies utter selfishness, greed, conspiracy which exploit and rob the unwary. All things considered, "financial agility" or
"playing the currencies market" is an immoral and contemptible thing, don't you think?

America has been exploiting the world ever since Nixon delinked the greenback from gold. I tend to doubt if exploiting currency exchanges is do-able under a gold standard.

Did you notice Pelosi blinked about two times during her speech. Her face is tied into so many knots she can't blink. It takes a sick mind to do that to yourself
