When Russia law enforcement procecured Khodorkovsky last year, Mr. Perle and brothers jumped to the roof and called G8 to kick Russia out of the organization and asked US government to press Russia hard on the issue. US officials have been trying all it can to do so, of course. Now Errand girl Miss Rice is teach Russia "democracy" and the "rule of law" on her Europe trip (while "PATRIOT Act" is replacing the "democracy" back home and the "The jungle law" is replacing "the rule of law" in US foreign policy).
