I agree 100% that we have seen peak oil and maybe gas production and we HAVE to change our ways. The reason I pointed it out was that I think even one 'off the wall" statement can destroy the credibility of the whole article which was on point, IMO.

I don't know organic chemistry that well. At all really <g>. But it could be an intriguing thought..

BTW, the article caused me to google this site. Always learning something, I hope..

Sugar Cane does a pretty good job of turning C02 and water into longer chain hydrocarbons.
