So you would need to adjust the probability of occurrence from 1/26 to whatever it is for that particular letter.

I thought about that too. There may be 75 common names that start with T and only 5 with Z. But the only way I could solve the problem was to ignore that! I decided that the woman was picking the first letter of the name at random and not the entire name itself.
