I fought against the idea of Cisco achieving its one trillion dollar market cap, in spite of the enormous momentum and psychology behind the stock reaching those heights. Historically and hysterically, most people DO bet with the bubble -- that's how it got to be a bubble after all. For what it's worth, I'm with Mish that the housing bubble will die of exhaustion more likely than not, and timing that is virtually impossible. It is kind of like selling your stocks in July of 1938. You can look wrong for so long, but you end up not regretting your absence from the stampede.
