Buckey is right about the outrageous PRs attracting the attention of a lot of people who complained to the SEC. Some other people recognized the potential for money laundering, the links to the Dominion of Melchizedek and its dubiuos connections. The US Treasury has been observing the DoM for quite some time.

I think well-documented and detailed complaints, the egregious and flagrant lies in the PRs, and the interest of other government agencies gave the SEC the necessary stimulus to act.
