If we had a law that any/every war was pay as you go (you get taxed this year for every dollar spent this year), taxing only the top 30% of income earners, we wouldn't have many wars. If the only folks that fought the wars were the kids of the top 30% of income earners, we wouldn't have ANY wars. John
