And Bush just cut CDC's budget by 10%. nytimes.com That reminds me of when Congress cut the SEC's budget in '96. When did the fraud start? Of course, cause and effect are very different, but cutting the CDC's budget with a possible pandemic breaking out makes no sense. Keep us informed.
