Ted, Remember....courts not only interpret the law but they lay the groundwork for new law to be created. Think in terms of Roe vs Wade. Wow, I think this is the first time you've admitted that the courts are attempting to write new law, or at least lay the groundwork for it. Don't take this the wrong way, since I realize many think that's the way it should be. I don't, but at least we can frame the debate properly from this point on. Tenchusatsu P.S. - As for Rossi, like I said before, he should give it up unless he can think of a better argument than a "revote."
